In 1997, our Service Department ranked #1 for the Large Dealer Group in Ford's Kansas City Region. In addition, we have ranked #1 for the last two years in the "Fix-It-Right-The-First-Time" competition. As you can see, we have made a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
Our staff of 34 technicians undergo continual factory training to make sure that we repair your car or truck correctly. From oil changes to engine overhauls, we are ready to take care of you. Our in-house computer system keeps track of work performed on your vehicle in our service department, so we can refer to your service history and make recommendations on needed maintenance. We also use a system called OASIS (Online Automotive Service Information System), available only at Ford dealers, that tells us about Technical Service Bulletins, open recalls and special service messages concerning your vehicle.
For an appointment, please call the dealership & ask for Service or click on the "Schedule Service" link on the left menu bar. If you are in need of a vehicle, please contact our rental office. We have a Courtesy Van available to take you anywhere in Columbia and we can even make arrangements to pick you up after your vehicle is finished. We strive to be your first choice in a service facility. For scheduled maintenance, warranty work, extended service contract repairs and repair work, we are ready to serve you.
