At Joe Machens Ford-Lincoln-Mercury, we stock over $900,000 in parts and accessories specifically engineered for Ford Motor Company products. With an inventory that large, there is a good chance that we will have in stock the part a customer needs.
If we don't have it, we can special order it, sometimes with next-day availability. There are a number of ways for customers to buy parts from our Parts Department. |

| Internally, we supply accessories to our Sales Department, maintenance & repair items to our Service Department, body parts to our Body Shop (we also provide parts to other service facilities and body shops). |

Finally, we sell parts direct to our customers at our Customer Parts Counter located next to the Service Reception Area.
We have a number of systems to help us find or order the exact part a customer needs. An electronic parts catalog shows us diagrams of Ford vehicles with
specific part numbers for different vehicles. Our in-house computer system tracks our inventory and suggests stocking levels based on recent sales. |

We also have a system linking us with Ford Motor Company so we can special order a certain part. If you are looking for a specific part, please contact one of our Parts Countermen at the number listed above. For the best service possible, please have
the serial number of your vehicle available so we can look up the proper part. |
